What's included? Pre-consultation questionnaires This helps me to have a better idea of the issues. We can then make really good use of the consultation which takes about 45 minutes Individual consultation over Zoom where we will discuss  your child's current sleep difficulties. We will look at the history of the sleep problem, what is currently happening and what you would like to change. I'll suggest what may be causing the sleep difficulties, and give you some immediate strategies to get started with.  I'll email you a summary of our conversation. You can follow up with additional one to one consultations as required
