Why does PDA affect sleep?Â
Children and young people with PDA can find sleep extremely challenging. Normal 'sleep hygiene' advice simply does not work and leads to battles and distress at bedtime. So what can we do?

What is covered in this webinar?

·  How sleep deprivation affects autistic / demand avoidant children and young people
·  The reasons for additional sleep difficulties in autism / PDA
·  Strategies to help restful sleep for demand avoidant children and young people
