Peak Sleep has not reapplied for the contract for the NHS Therapeutic Sleep Programme after 31st March 2024 and this service is now closed to all referrals and new patients.

Empowering parents / carers to help themselves
Much of my work is with parent / carer groups, either online or in person.
I am regularly booked by parent carer forums, charity groups working with families, schools and professionals wanting to support the families they work with.
I offer a variety of sleep courses which are very popular; I can also develop a bespoke course to meet the needs of your parent or professional group.

Existing quotes and bookings will be honoured at previous rates
Charities and Parent Groups
I keep my costs affordable for charities and parent groups but also ensure that my time taken to arrange, write, prepare and travel to courses is covered.

2 part sleep course £240 (4 hours plus preparation and follow up)

2 hour one off sleep course £120 (2 hours plus preparation and follow up)

You can also purchase a recording of the session with ability to access it on demand for 30 days for half the cost of the session in addition to the course fee (i.e. £120 for a 2 part course, £60 for a one off course)
In addition I ask for £50 for travel to an in person course within a 35 mile radius of Buxton, Derbyshire - this covers my transport and part of my travel time
Staff Training
I also offer staff training for professionals, organisations and schools.
