I trained with the Sleep Charity 5 years ago and they are committed to offering evidence based high quality sleep support. The helpline will offer sleep support and advice for adults and parents, Sunday - Thursdays, 7-9pm.
In an ideal world, the gold standard of sleep support is a 1:1 tailored sleep plan but being able to access an experienced sleep practitioner on a helpline (or at one of my webinars) is a great place to start understanding more about sleep.
